If you know the dog cannot spend a day in a car park while you are inside a museum, say part of it is unacceptable and half the catalog disappears in one line, which saves us both a week. Size and habits help too: a dog who will not settle in a room shared with strangers points at the self catering end of the list, and a dog who is happy anywhere opens it back up.
What comes back is a written figure, per person, with what is included and what is not, and the closed items listed by name. It is not a hold and it is not a payment.
